  A new-build 245m² three-bedroom house near the south-west coast of the island.  From a certain elevation, the site enjoys views in all directions;
  the English Channel to the south and rolling hills to the north.
  The lower levels of the house, burrowed into the ground, support a single room above the treetops, with a large window in each wall to capture the variety of prospects and light.
  Walls are built from in-situ concrete using flint from a local quarry. The form and material qualities are intended to add to the family of other stone buildings in the area.
